average experience but potential for improvement

The staff were very accommodating . The King Room was spacious and comfortable. The location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions.

I was not happy with the lengthy refund process for the deposit. It caused some financial strain for me.

Brilliant base for 3 nights. Reasonably large and compact unit with a king bed.

Possibly the best and really nice stay on a road trip. Well furnished and well-equipped rooms with a king bed and attentive staff. A good choice of facilities like: a TV set and a coffee maker...

The friendly reception staff engaged in pleasant conversation during check-in. Breakfast was convenient with 'to-go' bags with a variety of options such as muffins, fruits, and yogurt. Ample parking available right outside my room. Quiet atmosphere contributed positively to my work trip.

Minor suggestion for laundry facilities and an ice machine.

The knights inn is now econolodge. the service is horrible, out of the 4 nights we stayed, we had only 1 day of room service. The sheets and bedspread are out dated, I should have taken a picture of the round blood stain on the bedspread, but you get what I mean. Now the so called breakfast is coffee and tang, yes tang not orange juice and maybe a pastry, when they have it. Two of the days we stayed they didn't have any. The attendant said the indian manager has not went to get any pastries. Cheap, cheap, cheap. I would really like my money back.

There are a few good restaurants locally.

Everything is old and outdated, smells, poor breakfast, I wouldn't even consider this breakfast. Coffee doesn't taste very good.

I loved nicely furnished and well laid out room here.

Location: the hotel was really close to mall across the street, strip mall next door and bus line Shopping and restaurants and the airport. My room included central heating, a writing table and an iron. The staff was pretty friendly and responsive to requests.

We visited Northtown Mall and explored some fantastic dining options nearby. The room was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Keep in mind, though, that the parking stalls are a bit narrow.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

Our stay lasted two nights in a cozy room. The clean environment was notable, but the breakfast could use more variety. The front desk staff was warm and cute. We faced challenges with the weak WiFi. Recommend visiting nearby restaurants for a better meal experience.

I stayed at the Howard Johnson for a weekend getaway with friends. The staff greeted us warmly, but check-in felt impersonal through a kiosk. The room had new furniture and decent linens, somewhat comfortable. I appreciated the pre-filled breakfast bags in the morning. They contained nice items like a yogurt and a breakfast sandwich. Unfortunately, the noise from the main road kept me awake at night, and the bathroom cleanliness was lacking. I found hair in the shower and on the floor along with stains on the sheets, disappointing. The thin mattress and lack of hot water were definitely issues too. Though I could see they are trying to improve the place, it wasn't quite enough to make me want to return.

We had a VERY NICE time here. the staff was understanding and honest, and the place was fairly clean. the room was updated and affordably priced, featuring a king bed. the central location, just next to the mall across the street and a strip mall next door with restaurants and shopping, made our stay truly enjoyable.
